Payment
50% payment due upon reservation, 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Accepted forms of payment include PayPal and wire transfer.
Please note that the pricing is dependent on the number of guests.
Security Deposit
Security deposit of $500 to be paid prior to arrival, and which will be refunding pending any damages within 14 days of departure.
Cancellations
100% refund for cancellations before 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 3pm or later.
Check-out time is 10am or earlier.
Quiet Hours
As Villa Lapas is located in a quiet, residential area and sound travels far, please respect the rights to the local residents (including the wildlife!) to peace and tranquility.
